How many times can the trial be used?
Once per computer. It covers the last 31 days: ticks for one symbol plus minute bars for one symbol (it can be the same one). Forex has only ticks, A-shares only minute bars, and Binance has both. Downloads within that range are unlimited.
Where do I get a trial code?
Request it on the Messages page: choose the type “Buying, licensing and use” and we'll send it in our reply. If you already have the client, you can also ask under Help & feedback in it.
What can a single-symbol plan download?
Any one symbol from Forex, Binance or China A-shares, paid once, with no expiry and no download limit. Forex and Binance can download ticks and minute bars; A-shares go down to the minute only.

What if I change computers?

How does real-time data relate to the current plans?
The real-time plan is $149 / month and, once it opens, is sold separately from the current plans. Until then, the current plans download historical data.
