What the server has
and what your PC has, at a glance.

The Data page lists the server's date range next to what this PC has already downloaded. Select a symbol to see which days you have and a price preview drawn from your local data.

  • Day-by-day downloads

One file per symbol per trading day, each one verified. After a dropped connection or a shutdown, click again and only the missing days are fetched.

  • One-click import

Into MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, AmiBroker, Excel and Python. Files that get replaced are backed up first, and an import can be undone.

  • The keyboard is enough

Ctrl+K finds symbols and pages and starts downloads; on the Data page, pick symbols with the arrow keys and Space.

  • Questions? Write to us

Write to us under Help & feedback in the client. Replies show on the same page, and you can reply to them.

How it works

Download first, then export.

Downloaded data and exported files live in two folders. Delete the exports and the downloaded data stays.

  1. Install

64-bit Windows 10 or 11. The installer includes the .NET runtime; Windows 11 already has the WebView2 runtime the interface uses.

  2. Activate

Enter your activation code. One code is for one computer.

  3. Download

Download the data your plan covers. It is saved on your own computer.

  4. Export

Choose the timeframe, time zone and format. A sample line is shown before export, and files are written once you confirm.

FAQ

The rules,
before you pay.

The finer rules are under Licensing and the Terms of service.

How many computers can one activation code be used on?

One. The code is tied to that computer and can't be used on two at once. If you need to change computers, tell us on the Messages page and we'll move it for you.

What does the free trial include?

The last 31 days: ticks for one symbol plus minute bars for one symbol (it can be the same one). Forex has only ticks, A-shares only minute bars, and Binance has both. Downloads within that range are unlimited. Each computer can use the trial once.

Request a trial code on the Messages page: choose the type “Buying, licensing and use” and we'll send it in our reply. Use it to check that the client and data suit you, then decide between a single symbol and all markets.

Where are downloaded data and exported files kept?

In two folders on your computer: one for downloaded data, one for exported files. You can see and change where they are under Settings → Folders in the client. Deleting exported files doesn't touch the data you've downloaded.

Which time zone are the times in?

Downloaded forex data is in UTC. When you export, you choose the time zone, price digits and format in the client, and daily and weekly bars follow calendar days in the chosen zone.

Can the exported files be used for MT4 backtesting?

Yes. Exporting for MT4 writes, besides the bar files, .fxt and .hst files built from real ticks for the Strategy Tester. If a newer MT4 rebuilds the history when a test starts, the modelling quality drops back.

Exports for MetaTrader 5 keep bid and ask, for tests based on real ticks.

Is macOS or 32-bit Windows supported?

For now there is only a client for 64-bit Windows 10 and 11. The installer includes the .NET runtime, so there's nothing else to install. The interface uses the WebView2 runtime: Windows 11 has it, and if Windows 10 lacks it the client says so and opens Microsoft's download page.

Will uninstalling the client delete my files?

No. Uninstalling the client from Windows doesn't delete the files you've exported.

What am I paying for?

You pay for the data preparation service and the right to use the client on one computer; it is not a sale of market data. The prepared data is for research and technical analysis only and is not investment advice.

Start with a trial code.

Request a trial code on the Messages page, enter it once the client is installed, and try the last 31 days. When you're sure it works for you, pick a single symbol or all markets.
